I have made sarasota my home for now and for the forseable future, its been a huge change and adjustment but one that was very needed and I am more at peace than Ive been in a very long time, when u think all is lost its a wonderful thing when u have true friends to lift u up and take u out of a situation, I am making huge progress in my life and am happy.

Firstly I sorted out my drivers license sounds simple but it was something I was not able to do due to my past situation, Ive been driving now for 3.5weeks, I am currently using a friends car which is very kind of them, my next step is to save for a car which i am currently doing once I get one Ill take some photos, a fan of mine has offered me a great deal on a mini cooper sport 05, grey, stick which is the most common way to drive in the Uk lol so Im hoping this next month I can get it cant wait!!

I took sometime off emails, webcam etc as I needed some space to find me, I got a job which I love doing cleaning and painting for an apartment complex even powerwashing the money is dencent and im around people all day which is something zi didnt have when I worked webcam.

I did a lot of new material for this website around 2 weeks ago, my friend said he downloaded it to find there was a problem I appologise and so very soon it should be up, I did a shower scene, wrestling another woman whos indentity wishes to stay pvt, lots of nude stuff and bra and panties lol lots of video and some stills. I hope u enjoy it, I did injure my knee lol making the footage , I alsdo did some lift and carry which ive also never done on video. Early next month now I can drive I will either make it over to the east coast and shoot or do some footage over here but the site will get regular updates of NEW things.

Another thing is I really want and need to go back to school and am aiming for the fall, I need to speak to a careers advisor lol Im sure they wont see many female bodybuilders, aside from this and care work I really havent tried anything else and so Id like to see what else is out there for me and what Ill enjoy as a 2nd career I wont always be 34 and I cant be taking my clothes of at 60 lol well IDK there are guys that like milf too.

My training the last month has not been quite up to what it was due to doing manual work, I get very tired easily but its normal due to all the stress and changes that have happened but I remain positive and things keep improving for the better.

I would like ideally to be 10lbs leaner however Im still a big bitch my arms are 15.5 lol and Im not even trying, I know when I get used to stuff I will refocus its only been 11weeks.

Times are not easy for many people today but friends and family are the ones that matter, life is good and beautiful. I love u all, hope to go to some shows this year maybe the O and the nationals, its been years. Im sure to be at the Southern States that will mark a year back to training again.

I will be in Philly from the 7th march – 9th and will be shooting a mixed wrestling video, I am in search of a male model.

A couple things to remember the moves are staged and acted ( unless u like pain) and u can wear a mask so ur identity can be hidden.

I am looking for someone of average to slim build who is no more than 5 ft 10inches die to me being 5ft 2 it doesnt look believable.

How are you all doing/

I have been in SARASOTA Florida for the past week I am taking some time away from home for a number of reasons.

I joined a new gym here called You Fit and its been quite a blast because the personal trainers are asking me questions lol

I hadnt been working out for the last 2 weeks but when I weighed I was only 3lbs heavier, I weighed today and I am now 154. my plan is to get to around 145lbs and stay in excellent shape.

I will be traveling to Philly and poss NYC for work that includes wrestling videos which i will sell on this site, i will be taking some new pics this week also.

I am on herbicepscam all week sometimes at 5pm to 7pm est and then in the evenings

I am also available for online training thru skype/email and calls, personal appearances, I also offer skype webcam shows as well as custom videos i have made 2 so far and its been a ton of fun.

Sometimes things in life dont work out the way you plan it but u make the most of it and u make it even better than before, NEVER NEVER GIVE UP winston chirchill ( Idk the year lol) I love u all and please know that being a member to the site helps me to live here in the USA and to keep independance, I am also open for sponsors but u know that.

I hope u are enjoying my new pictures I will be traveling twice next month to do new material for my site, First Ill be going to Sarasota Florida to do new pics and most important video that will be from feb 4th, i will also be flying to Philly where Ill be making a fight video it will be the last week of feb so far but I have to confirm dates.

I was dieting so I wouldnt be so heavy in the offseason, I was 170 got down to 153lbs, I came off my diet around xmas and have now switched gears to try to gain some more size, there are several suppiments that I could really use some SPONSORSHIP for and time for this year will run fast if you can assist me again email me.

I just logged onto my camchat and read it was 7pm est when I really thought it was 8pm est, OMG Im sorry its my 1st week with the new cam softwear and it works great so it wasnt that, I promise I will be on next week at 7pm est we have a whole week now so I hope a few people will be there, over time more will join us and it will become a lot of fun.

I will be doing new pics this sunday 2nd Jan, Ive been dieting, I did get very sick this last week and I couldnt train or eat for the last 5 days Im upset as it doesnt help the way I look etc but I must do this sunday as we have to post some new material, I have a lot of things Im going to do this year so there will be new material all the time and video, plus webcam chat at 7PM EST ( yes Im posting that in my brain)

If you would like to support me this year Id be grateful this sport is expensive and without a sponsor or travelling for sessions its not easy but Ill be fine with your support, 2011 will be a much better year and the site will grow and be as good or not better than it ever was. Ive just started some new things in training so I will now switch to building muscle not so much dieting as Im now 153lbs down from 170lbs so Im in good shape just want to be bigger for you all

Well Xmas is nearly upon us hope you got everything ready, I find this time of year hard because I miss my parents a lot but I hope to visit the UK next year.

I started dieting after the last pictures I shot I if youve seen them I was around the 170 mark, well all I can say is I started dieting and my weight just dropped off when i say dropped off I mean its the easiest diet Ive ever done in my career, I am down to 151lbs and you can see my abbs, now heres the down side because it came off too fast and my appetite sucked I did loose a little muscle not a ton but a little so overall Im happy because if I loose another 5lbs Ill stay 10lbs out of contest shape and Im now going to stay like this all the time no more heavy Jo! once Im down 5 more lbs Im going to add the carbs and just focus the next several months on building size.

My plans are th shoot shoot shoot with several people with many things you have never seen me do ie fetish, girl girl etc etc , the 1st shoot Im doing is jan 2nd that at a car and bike museum, once I get these pics Ill send then to several sites and arrange shoots some here in Florida, some in NYC etc etc lots of fun!

WEBCAM- Finally here I WILL BE ON TONITE @ 8PM we have the best new softwear so it will be a weekly thing now, chating posing nude fun….

lots to tell you.

Ok I got a few offers for work i.e video and photos if I got closer to contest shape so I have changed things up a gear and an focusing on getting leaner, with just getting back after the time out I had I was focusing on building back the muscle now Im to a decent stage I am focusing on getting leaner, I will ben getting advice from Robert Masino, so far Ive lost 8lbs and am at 161lbs I will be getting to the 140s.

I will be shooting new content for the site on January 2nd, the updates I did a few weeks ago will last until the 4th, the new photos and video will be shot at various locations including a car and bike museum, I will obviously be in much leaner shape than the first updates it just takes time.

My webmaster is in process of setting up brand new webcam softwear due to problems with had with the old stuff, it wont be much longer then as well as new updates you will have a webcam show each week, I plan to do a lot more work in my next updates so the new material will be more frequent instead of inbetween the old stuff come backs hey lol

Another venture Im getting into will be custom videos I am waiting for a camcorder thats coming next week, so if anyone wants a pvt video please email me I am open to lots of ideas/roleplay etc surprise me…
